Flexibility for Children:

flexible children The flexibility children develop through our programme is not simply the "doing the splits" and "touching the toes" variety.

There are few formal stretching routines in our classes and instead we use a range of exercises and games that naturally extend the range of motion as a natural side product to developing martial skills.

Our training encourages a soft, coordinated and responsive motility and children with varying degrees of dyspraxia have made significant progress in our classes.
